ARGENT LNG

Argent LNG – Pioneering the Future of U.S. Gas Exports

Meeting Global Demand
Argent LNG’s primary output is liquefied natural gas (LNG). With operations scheduled to commence in 2029/2030, we are positioned to become one of the premier LNG producers in the United States and on the global stage. Our LNG will reach customers across four continents, serving growing markets where nations are actively pursuing cleaner, more affordable energy solutions.

Flagship Project – Port Fourchon
At the heart of our strategy is the 25+ MTPA flagship project at Port Fourchon, Louisiana. Spanning more than 900 acres under a 90-year lease, the facility is strategically located with direct access to three low-nitrogen feed gas pipelines, equity gas supply, and world-class marine infrastructure.

Argent LNG has already entered the FERC pre-filing process, with construction designed around modular efficiency. Four liquefaction trains, powered by Baker Hughes’ LM9000 turbines and Honeywell UOP pre-treatment modules, will deliver unmatched efficiency, scalability, and environmental performance.

Scale & Impact
Each day, Argent LNG’s production capacity will generate enough LNG to power 500,000 homes—a tangible example of the scale and reliability of U.S. natural gas exports. In total, the project will add more than 20 MTPA of liquefaction capacity, positioning Port Fourchon among the largest U.S. LNG export terminals.

The economic impact is significant:

30,000 new permanent jobs across the U.S. to support feed gas exploration and production

$5.5–$8 billion annually in estimated economic benefits from LNG exports

Technology & Innovation

Liquefaction Technology: Argent LNG will be the first facility to deploy Baker Hughes LM9000 gas turbine-driven electric compression motors on every train, delivering lower emissions and superior performance.

Storage & Export: Two GTT full-membrane LNG tanks maximize capacity while reducing CAPEX and emissions.

Infrastructure: LNG storage tanks, cargo transfer lines, jetties, and metering facilities will be seamlessly integrated into Port Fourchon’s deepwater port, already dredged to 50 feet for uncongested LNG carrier access.

Commercial Strategy
Argent LNG will source natural gas from the transparent and liquid North American market, transforming it into LNG for global buyers. Our commercial model provides flexibility:

~80% of production secured through long-term take-or-pay agreements with creditworthy counterparties, ensuring stable cash flows.

~20% of volumes available for spot and short-term sales, capturing opportunities in dynamic global markets.

Strategic Vision
Argent LNG is more than a project—it’s a platform for energy security, sustainability, and economic opportunity. By leveraging the U.S. shale gas revolution, with reserves projected to last over a century, we are unlocking a reliable, affordable, and scalable energy source for the world.

Our focus is on emerging economies with strong macroeconomic foundations, political stability, and transparent regulation, where LNG demand growth is strongest. Through partnerships with debt, equity, and hybrid investors across both public and private sectors, Argent LNG is charting a path to a lower-carbon, energy-secure future.

Conclusion
Argent LNG brings together location, technology, and commercial strength to redefine LNG exports from the Gulf Coast. With unmatched access to feed gas, resilient infrastructure, and partnerships with industry leaders including Baker Hughes, Honeywell UOP, ABB, and GTT, Argent LNG is poised to be a trailblazer in global LNG markets.

Argent’s Business

Argent LNG’s Commercial Model

While our primary focus is delivering LNG to our customers, it’s our unique approach that sets us apart as a comprehensive LNG service provider.

We source natural gas from the robust and transparent North American market, transform it into LNG at our Port Fourchon terminal, and deliver it directly to regasification facilities worldwide. This gives customers flexibility to either load LNG at our terminal or receive it at their destination.

Our commercial structure blends stability with opportunity:

80% of production capacity secured through long-term take-or-pay agreements with reputable counterparties → ensuring predictable cash flows and supply reliability.

20% of volumes allocated to the spot market → allowing Argent to capitalize on dynamic short-term supply and demand trends.

This balanced model provides customers with reliability and certainty, while enabling Argent to remain flexible and responsive to evolving global market conditions.

To support this, transportation of natural gas to our LNG facilities will be managed through third-party pipelines, where Argent will hold firm transportation capacity—guaranteeing a secure, efficient supply chain from source to ship.

What Will Make Argent Different

At Argent, we will provide LNG to customers, but it's our approach that will set us apart. Argent will be a full-service LNG provider.

We will source natural gas from the robust, transparent, and liquid North American gas market, process it into LNG, and offer our customers two convenient options: they can either load the LNG onto their vessels at our terminals, or we will handle the delivery to regasification facilities around the world.

Approximately 80% of Argent’s expected LNG production capacity will be secured through long-term, take-or-pay agreements with creditworthy partners. The remaining LNG volumes will be available for our integrated marketing unit to sell into the market. This strategy will provide Argent with a unique combination of stability and opportunity—ensuring long-term, contracted, stable cash flows, while also allowing us to capitalize on marketing opportunities driven by short-term natural gas supply and demand dynamics in global markets.

Natural gas will be transported to Argent's facilities using third-party pipelines, for which we will secure firm transportation capacity. This reliable infrastructure will ensure a steady supply of natural gas to meet our production needs.
