The facility's economic impact is far-reaching, estimated to create approximately 30,000 new permanent jobs across the U.S. to support feed gas exploration and production. Exporting the contracted 25 mtpa of LNG from the U.S. is expected to yield overall economic benefits estimated between $5.5 billion and $8 billion annually.

Proximity and Infrastructure:

Argent LNG is strategically located within 1,500 meters of two 16-inch natural gas pipelines, providing sufficient supply for the initial 7 MTPA of production. The site also benefits from proximity to major energy infrastructure, located approximately 12 to 23 miles from key pipeline and distribution networks.

Positioned near leading U.S. shale gas basins and supported by an extensive pipeline network, Argent LNG is well situated to access abundant, low-cost natural gas. The location offers favorable marine conditions, along with strong political and community support.

The planned facility will include LNG storage tanks, cargo transfer systems, a marine dock, pipeline interconnections, and metering infrastructure, creating an efficient and fully integrated export terminal.
