Alden Evans – Site Development Lead

Alden is the Vice President of Worley Consulting Americas and is the sub-sector lead for our Transport and LNG business lines. Based in Vancouver, he has been involved in a number of LNG projects with scopes ranging from early site selection, feasibility, and pre-FEED studies. He is supported by a global team of LNG, FLNG, and Infrastructure and Environment specialists based in the UK, Houston, Melbourne, Singapore, and Vancouver offices. With over 30 years of experience supporting a broad range of industry sectors, Alden has significant experience in the planning, design, and construction of marine export terminals, specifically supporting resource and energy clients. He previously managed our Ports and Marine Terminals group across the Americas; his specific field of expertise is related to marine terminal and port development and associated infrastructure, and he continues to provide subject matter advice to terminal operators for greenfield and brownfield developments.

Vasant Saith – LNG Project Development Lead

Vasant is the Vice President of Operations responsible for LNG and CCUS the region. He has 20 years of experience in Engineering and Construction with 17 years in senior technical and leadership roles in LNG and CCUS. The full scope of services under his leadership includes EPC greenfield and brownfield project delivery, facility debottlenecking and production optimization, turnaround and maintenance management, owner’s engineering, O&M services and emissions reduction projects. He has led and supported over 30 LNG projects across the globe and a project leader and advisor. He functions as the designated project executive and project sponsor on these contracts providing execution oversight to project directors and managers. Vasant has spent several years working with process licensors, equipment manufacturers and Customers on decarbonization solutions involving pre-combustion and post-combustion carbon capture, hydrogen production / substitution, electrification and other carbon intensity reduction solutions for new and existing facilities. He regularly presents at regional and international conferences to promote decarbonization initiatives in the LNG industry.

Priya Srinivasa – Permitting and Regulatory Lead

Priya is recognized for her experience in permitting, regulatory review and environmental design criteria for various chemical / petrochemical manufacturing and refining industries. Expertise in ethylene manufacturing, combined cycle, LNG and petrochemical facilities. She has excellent skills in all aspects of project execution, starting from conceptual design through FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning. Proficient at Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ), Royal Commission (RC) and Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) regulations. Priya has completed permitting work for hydrogen facilities.

Paul Sullivan – LNG Development SME

Paul is a chartered engineer and European PE. He has over 40 years of experience in engineering and construction of which more than 30 years has been in the LNG industry. He was involved in the development from concept to implementation of LNG projects in British Gas in both liquefaction and regassification and headed up their FEED group in developing their first grassroots liquefaction project in Trinidad, Atlantic LNG Train 1 from 1993 to 1998. He was construction Leader for the train one project. Paul has developed multiple LNG and FLNG projects across the globe for major Energy companies and developers.

Paul was appointed the Global head of LNG and FLNG at Worley Parsons in 2011, developing and directing their global network of LNG focused centres of excellence. Paul Chairs the Gastech conference, Canada Gas + LNG Conference and is a regular chair/speaker/moderator at international LNG and Energy Transition conferences.

Andy Loose – LNG Technology SME

Andy is a Chartered Engineer with 35 years’ experience across the LNG, offshore gas, air separation and energy industries.  His experience covers a range of senior roles including project director, technical director, project development, process technology manager and consultancy, and includes all stages of project development from bid stage through conceptual design, detail engineering design, construction and commissioning. He joined Worley in 2021 and is now Group VP LNG within Worley, LNG subsector lead as part of the global Upstream, Midstream and LNG sector team supporting growth and strategy. He acts as an advisor on projects and to the Consultancy team and was instrumental in the delivery of the fast-track Elbehafen LNG FSRU project.  He has extensive project experience having been Technical and Quality Director during EPC in the project directorate on Chevron’s Gorgon LNG with overall technical and quality accountability across 6 global joint venture project offices. He has led much FLNG development work and was technical director on FEEDs for Bonaparte, Coral South and Browse FLNG projects. Andy is a regular speaker on FLNG and LNG design and execution at numerous international conferences and seminars and a recognised industry expert on the subject. Andy also spent 10 years with Air Products where he was a Process Technology Manager on cryogenic air separation plants.

Scott Winkley – LNG Project / Construction Director

Scott has over 37 years of experience in project management and process engineering in the hydrogen, LNG, polymer, refining, and chemical industries. His responsibilities have included leading project teams from product development through EPC execution. Scott has led a global strategic relationship, working with Worley’s global offices for over 17 years to drive consistency in project execution for all projects. Throughout his professional career, Scott has led and participated as the Project Director in several major EPC projects including the MEGlobal, Zeus, and Redstone projects, these projects have been successfully completed, meeting high-quality standards and satisfying the requirements of some of our major clients.

James Porter – LNG Loading and Storage SME

James is a cryogenic storage Subject Matter Expert with 25 years of experience on various projects including heavy civil and structural projects, LNG tanks and import/export terminals, petrochemical, marine, and general civil infrastructure projects. His recent experience has focused on large LNG projects, including detailed design of cryogenic storage tanks and liquefaction/regasification terminals, floating LNG, GBS-based LNG, bidding and executing EPC, feasibility studies, FEED, and engineering design.  Considerable experience on projects related to oil and gas storage and loading/unloading terminals, with specialist knowledge in cryogenic storage (LNG/LPG).
